Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TC-13-183 is an autologous chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy developed by Chongqing Precision Biotechnology. It is designed to target carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and is developed using the company's proprietary ToughCAR® platform, which utilizes a metabolically optimized rapid manufacturing process. This platform allows for faster preparation and a therapeutic dose that is approximately one-tenth of conventional CAR-T therapies, enhancing CAR-T cell function and suitability for solid tumors. TC-13-183 is administered via local intraperitoneal injection to treat CEA-positive advanced peritoneal metastatic colorectal cancer.
