Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TC-310 is a preclinical T cell therapy product candidate from TCR2 Therapeutics that uses engineered T cells to target the B-cell antigens CD19 and CD22 for the treatment of B‑cell malignancies such as diffuse large B‑cell lymphoma and other CD19/CD22‑positive hematologic cancers.[3][5] The construct is designed to engage both CD19 and CD22 on malignant B cells to enhance antigen coverage and reduce the risk of immune escape due to single‑antigen loss, leveraging TCR2’s T‑cell engineering platform to promote potent cytotoxicity against tumor cells.[3][5] As of the latest public pipeline disclosures, TC-310 remains in the preclinical stage with no reported human clinical trial data.[3]
