Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TC-410 is a preclinical T cell therapy candidate being developed for cancer by TCR2 Therapeutics using its TRuC (T cell receptor fusion construct) platform. The product is designed to redirect autologous T cells against solid tumors that co-express mesothelin (MSLN) and the mucin 16 antigen (MUC16), two surface glycoproteins overexpressed in multiple epithelial malignancies such as ovarian and pancreatic cancer. By engineering T cells with a TRuC construct that engages the full T cell receptor complex rather than CD3 alone, TC-410 aims to enhance T cell activation, persistence, and anti-tumor activity within the immunosuppressive solid tumor microenvironment. The program remains in preclinical development with no active clinical trials reported and no approved indications.[8][10]
