TC-520

TC-520 is a preclinical TRuC-T cell therapy candidate from TCR2 Therapeutics designed to target CD70-expressing solid and liquid tumors and incorporates IL-15 pathway enhancements to improve T cell persistence and antitumor activity.[5][9][11] As a TRuC-T cell product, TC-520 uses a T cell receptor fusion construct that couples tumor antigen recognition directly to the T cell receptor complex, aiming to generate potent, durable cytotoxic responses against CD70-positive malignancies while overcoming limitations of conventional CAR-T cell designs.[5][9] The program has been advanced toward IND-enabling studies with the goal of entering clinical evaluation following completion of preclinical development.[5][7][11]
