Overview

TC-D101 is an investigational autologous chimeric antigen receptor T cell (CAR-T) therapy targeting delta-like ligand 3 (DLL3), a Notch ligand highly expressed on small cell lung cancer (SCLC) cells but largely absent from normal adult tissues.[1][4][5] Developed by TCRCure, the product consists of a patient’s own T lymphocytes genetically modified ex vivo to express a DLL3-specific CAR, then expanded and reinfused following lymphodepleting chemotherapy, with the aim of selectively recognizing and eliminating DLL3-positive relapsed or refractory SCLC cells.[1][5][7] Early-stage clinical development focuses on evaluating safety, tolerability, expansion, persistence, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary antitumor activity in DLL3-positive SCLC after failure or ineligibility for standard therapy.[1][7]
