TC-G203

TC-G203 is an investigational autologous chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy designed to target Glypican-3 (GPC3), a cell-surface oncofetal protein that is highly expressed in various solid tumors, most notably hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), while remaining largely absent in normal adult tissues. Developed by Tuochao Biotech, the therapy involves the genetic engineering of a patient's own T-cells to express a CAR that recognizes GPC3, enabling the immune system to selectively identify and eliminate GPC3-positive malignant cells. TC-G203 is currently undergoing early-phase clinical evaluation to determine its safety, tolerability, expansion, and persistence in patients with advanced, recurrent, or metastatic solid tumors who have progressed after standard therapies.
