TC-N201 is a T cell receptor (TCR) engineered T cell therapy developed by TCRCure Biopharma Ltd. It consists of autologous T cells that have been genetically modified to express a TCR specifically targeting the cancer-testis antigen New York Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma 1 (NY-ESO-1) when presented by HLA-A2. This therapy is designed to treat advanced solid tumors in patients who express HLA-A2 and are positive for NY-ESO-1, aiming to induce an immune response against cancer cells.
