Overview
**TC100** is a Tilray-manufactured oral cannabis oil product marketed in Chile for chronic pain under prescription. It contains delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol and cannabidiol in a balanced cannabinoid formulation; contemporaneous reports describe it as an oil solution containing both THC and CBD, although reported concentrations varied between sources. THC is a partial agonist of cannabinoid receptors CB1 and CB2, while CBD has a multimodal pharmacology that includes negative allosteric modulation of CB1.
