Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TC25 is a preclinical, half-life extended T-cell engager (TCE) being developed by T-Cypher Bio for the treatment of HLA-A2-positive solid tumors. The therapeutic candidate is designed to redirect CD3-positive T cells to target and eliminate cancer cells presenting specific tumor antigens in the context of HLA-A2. TC25 is being positioned for a variety of solid tumor indications, including microsatellite stable (MSS) colorectal cancer, gastric cancer, oesophageal cancer, lung cancer, melanoma, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC), bladder cancer, and pancreatic cancer. T-Cypher Bio expects to select a development candidate (DC) for the TC25 program in the second half of 2026, with an Investigational New Drug (IND) application submission anticipated in the first half of 2028.
