Overview

tCellVax is a cell-based immunotherapy developed for the treatment of solid tumors. It works by extracting immune cells from a patient and using ex vivo siRNA technology to silence the NR2F6 gene in these cells. The silencing of NR2F6, an intracellular immune checkpoint, is intended to activate the patient's immune system against cancer. This approach aims to enhance anti-tumor immunity by removing inhibitory signals that limit T-cell activity. The therapy utilizes proprietary methods involving gene silencing through siRNA and may also incorporate modified mRNA technologies[1][2][3][4].
