TCK-276

TCK-276 is a highly potent, orally active, and selective cyclin dependent kinase 4/6 (CDK4/6) inhibitor developed by Teijin Pharma for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. It is a novel synthetic disease-modifying antirheumatic drug (DMARD) that inhibits the growth of rheumatoid arthritis synoviocytes by targeting CDK4/6. Clinical studies have shown that TCK-276 is well tolerated at doses up to 175 mg/day with no clinically meaningful safety signals or significant hematological adverse events commonly seen with other CDK4/6 inhibitors. The drug demonstrates rapid absorption and elimination, with a half-life ranging from approximately 6 to 12 hours and dose-proportional exposure. Preliminary efficacy data in phase 1b trials indicate improvements in disease activity scores among patients with active rheumatoid arthritis[1][2][5].
