TCR-ICE is a preclinical-stage bispecific T-cell receptor (TCR) fusion protein developed by ImmuXell for the treatment of KRAS-mutant cancers. The therapeutic candidate is designed to bridge the gap between tumor cells and the immune system by simultaneously targeting KRAS-associated antigens (presented as peptide-HLA complexes) on the surface of cancer cells and the CD3 receptor on T cells. This dual-binding mechanism facilitates the recruitment and activation of cytotoxic T cells directly to the tumor site, promoting the specific lysis of KRAS-mutated cells. As a TCR-based engager, TCR-ICE is capable of targeting intracellular oncogenic drivers like KRAS that are typically inaccessible to conventional antibody-based therapies.
