TCR-NK is an investigational allogeneic natural killer (NK) cell therapy being developed by ImmuXell. It consists of donor-derived NK cells engineered to express a T cell receptor (TCR) or TCR-like molecule specific for KRAS-derived antigens. This platform leverages the potent, MHC-independent cytotoxic activity of NK cells while providing them with the high-specificity targeting of a TCR. A key advantage of using NK cells over T cells for TCR engineering is the absence of endogenous TCR chains, which eliminates the risk of TCR mispairing and the formation of potentially autoreactive receptors. The therapy is designed to treat solid tumors and other cancers harboring KRAS mutations and is currently in the IND-enabling phase of development.
