Overview

**TCR-T cells targeting SF3B1 K700E** are engineered T cells expressing a T-cell receptor (TCR) cloned from patient-derived CD8+ T cells that specifically recognize a neoantigen generated by the recurrent SF3B1 K700E mutation in the spliceosome factor SF3B1.[1][3][5] This mutation is prevalent in myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), secondary acute myeloid leukemia (sAML), and other cancers including chronic lymphocytic leukemia, pancreatic, renal, and breast cancers.[1][3] The therapy demonstrates antigen-specific killing of SF3B1K700E-expressing neoplastic myeloid cells in vitro and antileukemic activity in mouse models, positioning it as a promising precision immunotherapy for SF3B1-mutated myeloid neoplasms.[1][3][5][9]
