Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TCR-T015 is an investigational T-cell receptor engineered T-cell (TCR-T) therapy being developed by Protheragen. It is designed to target KRAS, a member of the RAS family of GTPases that is frequently mutated in various cancers, acting as a key driver of tumor growth and survival. The therapy involves the genetic modification of T cells to express a specific TCR that recognizes KRAS-derived neoantigens presented by HLA molecules on the surface of malignant cells. Currently in the discovery phase, TCR-T015 is being explored for the treatment of solid tumors, specifically lung cancer and pancreatic cancer, where KRAS mutations are highly prevalent.
