Overview
Tcrx T cell is an investigational T-lymphocyte cell therapy developed by Keshihua (Nanjing) Biotechnology. It is designed as a replacement or engineered therapy using autologous or allogeneic T cells, with the aim of treating neoplasms, particularly digestive system cancers such as gastroesophageal junction cancer. The mechanism involves the use of modified or replacement T lymphocytes to target and eliminate tumor cells, leveraging the immune system’s ability to recognize and destroy malignant cells. The drug is currently in early phase 1 clinical development for advanced or recurrent gastric/gastroesophageal junction cancer after failure of first-line chemotherapy[1].
