Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TCT-001 is an investigational T-cell receptor (TCR) engineered T-cell therapy developed by Tcelltech for the treatment of glioblastoma. This cell therapy involves the genetic modification of T cells to express a specific TCR capable of recognizing glioblastoma-associated antigens presented on the surface of tumor cells. Once administered, these engineered T cells are designed to specifically target and eliminate malignant cells within the brain. Tcelltech has completed preclinical development for TCT-001 and anticipates initiating Phase 1 clinical trials in 2026.
