Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TCX-101 BRA#2 is an autologous T-cell receptor (TCR) engineered T-cell therapy being developed by BlueSphere Bio for the treatment of hematologic malignancies. The therapy is part of the TCX-101 program, which focuses on targeting minor histocompatibility antigens (mHAgs) that are specifically expressed in the hematopoietic system (blood-restricted antigens). By targeting Blood Restricted Antigen #2 (BRA#2), the therapy aims to induce a potent graft-versus-leukemia (GVL) effect while minimizing the risk of graft-versus-host disease (GvHD) or off-target toxicity in non-hematologic tissues. The TCRs are identified and optimized using BlueSphere's proprietary TCXpress platform. The candidate is currently in preclinical development.
