Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TCX-102 is an investigational autologous T cell therapy program developed by BlueSphere Bio, focused on the treatment of high-risk leukemias. The program specifically aims to identify and utilize T cell receptors (TCRs) directed against driver mutations in the NPM1 gene, which are present in approximately 30% of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) patients. Unlike related programs that are used in transplant settings, TCX-102 is designed for use in a non-transplant setting. The broader platform technology (TCXpress) enables the capture of TCRs from any T cell and may be applicable to other therapeutic areas such as solid tumors[9].
