Overview

TCX-103 is a preclinical-stage, non-viral chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy being developed by T-CURX for the treatment of hematological malignancies and solid tumors. The therapy targets the receptor tyrosine kinase-like orphan receptor 1 (ROR1), an oncofetal antigen that is highly expressed in various cancers—including chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), and solid tumors like breast and lung cancer—while remaining largely absent in healthy adult tissues. TCX-103 is manufactured using T-CURX's proprietary Sleeping Beauty transposon system, a non-viral gene transfer technology that offers a more cost-effective and scalable alternative to traditional lentiviral or retroviral vectors. The program is part of T-CURX's "cross-entity" pipeline, designed to address both liquid and solid tumor indications by leveraging targets that are shared across different cancer types.
