TD001

TD001 is a prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA)-targeted antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed by T.O.A.D. Oncology S.A. for the treatment of metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC). The molecule comprises a monoclonal antibody specific for PSMA, a protein highly overexpressed on the surface of prostate cancer cells, linked to a potent cytotoxic payload. Upon binding to PSMA on the tumor cell surface, the ADC is internalized via receptor-mediated endocytosis, followed by the intracellular release of the payload, which leads to cell cycle arrest and apoptosis. TD001 is currently being investigated in a Phase 1/2 clinical trial (EU CTIS 2025-523273-41-00) as a monotherapy for patients with PSMA-expressing mCRPC who have previously received standard systemic therapies.
