Overview
TD0015 is an investigational drug based on a traditional Vietnamese medicine prescription known as "Độc hoạt tang ký sinh thang" (Thien Kim Phuong). It is being developed for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. The formulation aims to improve joint function by promoting blood circulation in tendons and bones, tonifying blood and kidney to prevent disease recurrence, and counteracting joint degeneration, deformation, muscle atrophy, and stiffness. Preclinical studies have indicated no significant safety concerns at estimated clinical doses. Clinical development has reached Phase II trials in Vietnam[1][2][4].
