Overview

TE-1132 is a preclinical antibody radionuclide conjugate (ARC) being developed by T-E Meds for the treatment of pancreatic cancer. The therapeutic candidate consists of a monoclonal antibody targeting Carbohydrate Antigen 19-9 (CA19-9), a sialylated Lewis (a) blood group antigen that is significantly overexpressed in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) and other gastrointestinal malignancies. TE-1132 utilizes T-E Meds' proprietary site-specific conjugation technology and multi-arm linker platform to attach a radionuclide payload to the antibody. This design is intended to deliver potent ionizing radiation directly to the tumor microenvironment, inducing DNA damage and cell death in CA19-9-expressing cancer cells while sparing healthy tissues. The project is currently in the preclinical stage of development.
