Tebetane compuesto

Tebetane compuesto is a combination oral pharmaceutical product containing three amino acids (L-alanine, glycine, and L-glutamic acid) and a phytosterol complex extracted from Prunus arborea (Pygeum africanum). Developed by Pierre Fabre Ibérica and authorized in Spain since 1976, it is primarily indicated for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and associated lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS). The drug exerts anti-inflammatory and decongestive effects on the genitourinary tract, with the Pygeum africanum component providing anti-androgenic steroidal activity. It is also used for prostatitis, pelvic congestive syndrome, and post-surgical bladder recovery.
