tebotelimab

Tebotelimab is a bispecific monoclonal antibody designed to target and block both programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) and lymphocyte activation gene-3 (LAG-3), which are immune checkpoint receptors expressed on T cells. By simultaneously inhibiting these two pathways, tebotelimab enhances cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-mediated immune responses against tumor cells. It has been investigated as monotherapy and in combination with other agents such as the anti-HER2 antibody margetuximab for the treatment of various solid tumors and hematologic malignancies, including patients who have progressed on prior therapies.
