Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TEC-003 is a preclinical-stage immune activator being developed by Teclison for the treatment of solid tumors. It is designed to activate physiological immune responses and is intended for use as a sequential therapy following treatment with Teclison's other candidates, TEC-001 (a hypoxia-activated prodrug) or TEC-002 (a tumor necrosis inducer). The mechanism of action involves broadening and synergizing anti-tumor antigen targeting to enhance the overall immune response against multiple tumor antigens. By stimulating the immune system after initial tumor debulking or antigen presentation by preceding therapies, TEC-003 aims to provide a more comprehensive and durable anti-tumor effect.
