Technetium Tc-99m epratuzumab is a radiolabeled monoclonal antibody that combines the humanized anti-CD22 antibody, epratuzumab, with the gamma-emitting radioisotope technetium Tc-99m. This agent targets CD22, a cell surface glycoprotein expressed on B-lymphocyte lineage cells and many malignant B-cells.
