Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Technetium Tc 99m H7ND is an investigational **FAP-targeted SPECT/CT diagnostic radiopharmaceutical** developed for imaging fibroblast activation protein-positive tumor lesions. The small-molecule H7ND ligand binds fibroblast activation protein alpha expressed in tumor-associated fibroblasts; its technetium-99m radiolabel emits gamma radiation that enables lesion visualization by single-photon emission computed tomography. It is being evaluated for diagnosis of peritoneal metastasis in gastrointestinal malignancies and has reached Phase 2 clinical development in China.
