Overview

TEDDI is a chemotherapy platform comprising temozolomide, etoposide, doxil (liposomal doxorubicin), dexamethasone, and ibrutinib. This combination regimen is being investigated for the treatment of aggressive B-cell lymphomas, particularly those involving the central nervous system. Temozolomide is an alkylating agent, etoposide is a topoisomerase inhibitor, doxil is an anthracycline topoisomerase inhibitor, dexamethasone is a corticosteroid, and ibrutinib is a Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitor. The regimen aims to improve outcomes in conditions like primary CNS lymphoma and secondary CNS lymphoma.
