**Tedopi** is an investigational off-the-shelf, multi-epitope therapeutic cancer vaccine developed by OSE Immunotherapeutics. Also known as **OSE-2101**, it comprises nine HLA-A*02-restricted natural or chemically optimized peptide epitopes derived from five tumor-associated antigens—carcinoembryonic antigen, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2, melanoma-associated antigen 2, melanoma-associated antigen 3, and tumor protein p53—plus the PADRE universal helper T-cell epitope. Formulated as a peptide emulsion with Montanide ISA 51 adjuvant and administered subcutaneously, Tedopi is designed to stimulate antigen-specific cytotoxic and helper T-cell responses against tumor cells expressing these antigens. Its lead program is the confirmatory Phase 3 ARTEMIA study in HLA-A2-positive metastatic non-small cell lung cancer with secondary resistance to immune checkpoint inhibitors; Phase 2 studies have also evaluated the vaccine in pancreatic cancer, recurrent ovarian cancer, and additional non-small cell lung cancer settings.
