Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Tedopi + nivolumab is an investigational combination immunotherapy regimen consisting of Tedopi (OSE2101), an off-the-shelf, HLA-A2-restricted neoepitope peptide cancer vaccine, and nivolumab (Opdivo), an anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody checkpoint inhibitor. Developed by OSE Immunotherapeutics in collaboration with clinical trial sponsors, the combination is designed to synergistically enhance the immune system's antitumor response. Tedopi targets five tumor-associated antigens (CEA, HER2, MAGE-2, MAGE-3, and p53) to stimulate cytotoxic T-lymphocyte responses, while nivolumab blocks the PD-1 pathway to prevent T-cell exhaustion. The combination has been evaluated in the academic Phase 2 Combi-TED trial (NCT04884282) as a second-line treatment for HLA-A2-positive metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) progressing after first-line chemo-immunotherapy.
