TEE1121

TEE1121 is a small molecule therapeutic candidate being developed by Apteeus for the treatment of peroxisomopathies, a group of rare genetic metabolic disorders characterized by impaired peroxisome assembly or function. Identified through Apteeus's TEEpS drug repositioning platform, TEE1121 is currently in Phase 1 clinical development. The program aims to address the underlying metabolic dysfunction in conditions such as Zellweger spectrum disorder and X-linked adrenoleukodystrophy.
