tegoprazan + apixaban

Tegoprazan + apixaban is a **combination of two small-molecule oral drugs**: tegoprazan, a potassium-competitive acid blocker (P-CAB) that inhibits gastric H,K-ATPase to reduce gastric acid secretion, and apixaban, a direct factor Xa inhibitor anticoagulant that reduces the risk of thromboembolic events such as stroke and deep vein thrombosis. Tegoprazan is primarily used for the treatment of acid-related gastrointestinal disorders, while apixaban is indicated for the prevention and treatment of thromboembolic diseases such as nonvalvular atrial fibrillation, deep vein thrombosis, and pulmonary embolism.
