TEIPP24 is a therapeutic LRPAP1 synthetic long peptide (LRPAP7-30V-SLP) vaccine designed to stimulate T-cell immunity in patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), particularly those whose tumors exhibit functional impairment of the intracellular peptide transporter TAP1/TAP2. This impairment leads to immune escape by preventing the presentation of conventional T-cell epitopes. TEIPP24 aims to overcome this by presenting alternative shared tumor antigens derived from LRPAP1, thereby reinstating an effective antitumor response. It is administered subcutaneously with Montanide ISA-51 adjuvant and is currently being investigated in HLA-A*0201-positive NSCLC patients who have progressed after checkpoint blockade.
