TEIPP24 + pembrolizumab

TEIPP24 + pembrolizumab is an investigational combination therapy consisting of TEIPP24, a novel immunotherapeutic agent (presumed to be a peptide-based or biologic immunotherapy targeting tumor escape mechanisms), and pembrolizumab, a well-established anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody marketed as Keytruda. Pembrolizumab blocks the programmed death-1 (PD-1) receptor on T cells, thereby enhancing immune-mediated tumor cell killing. The addition of TEIPP24 is intended to further stimulate anti-tumor immunity by exposing or targeting Tumor Escape via ImmunoPeptidome Presentation (TEIPP) antigens—peptides presented by MHC class I molecules in tumors with defects in antigen processing machinery. This combination aims to overcome resistance mechanisms and improve responses in cancers that are less responsive to checkpoint inhibition alone.
