Telatinib is an orally available small molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitor that targets multiple receptor tyrosine kinases involved in tumor angiogenesis and growth, including vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2 (VEGFR2), VEGFR3, platelet-derived growth factor receptor beta (PDGFRβ), and c-Kit. By inhibiting these kinases, telatinib blocks signaling pathways essential for angiogenesis and tumor proliferation. It has demonstrated anti-tumor activity in various cancer models and is primarily under investigation for the treatment of gastric cancer, liver cancer, and oesophageal cancer.
