**Teleleukin** is Philogen's fully human tumor-targeting immunocytokine composed of the F16 antibody fragment fused to human interleukin-2. The F16 moiety binds the A1 domain of tenascin-C, an alternatively spliced extracellular-matrix domain enriched in tumor stroma and sites of tissue remodeling, thereby concentrating IL-2 activity in the tumor microenvironment rather than delivering untargeted systemic cytokine exposure. Clinically, teleleukin has been investigated in oncology settings including non-small cell lung cancer in combination with nivolumab, metastatic Merkel cell carcinoma in combination with paclitaxel, and post-transplant acute myeloid leukemia relapse in combination regimens such as BI 836858 or low-dose cytarabine. The program has been developed by Philogen as an antitumor cytokine-delivery platform intended to stimulate immune effector cells, especially NK cells and T cells, at disease sites.
