Telikibart (GR1802) is a human monoclonal antibody that targets the interleukin-4 receptor alpha subunit (IL-4Rα). By antagonizing IL-4Rα, it inhibits signaling of both interleukin-4 and interleukin-13 pathways, which are central to type 2 inflammatory responses. Telikibart is being developed primarily for the treatment of moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis and chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP), as well as other allergic and inflammatory conditions such as chronic urticaria, allergic rhinitis, and severe asthma. Clinical studies have shown that telikibart is well tolerated and effective in reducing disease severity in these indications[3][5][4].
