**Teliprolol** is an oral fixed-dose antihypertensive product marketed by Docventures. It contains **telmisartan 40 mg** and **metoprolol succinate 25 mg** in an extended-release tablet. Telmisartan blocks angiotensin II type 1 receptors to reduce vasoconstriction and aldosterone-mediated blood-pressure elevation, while metoprolol succinate selectively blocks beta-1 adrenergic receptors, reducing heart rate, cardiac contractility, and renin release.
