Telmisartan + amlodipine + chlorthalidone is an oral fixed-dose triple antihypertensive combination used for **essential hypertension**. It combines telmisartan, an angiotensin II type 1 receptor blocker; amlodipine, a dihydropyridine L-type calcium-channel blocker; and chlorthalidone, a thiazide-like diuretic that inhibits renal sodium-chloride reabsorption. The Yuhan-developed product was studied as YH22162 and is marketed in South Korea as Truset in multiple strengths, including 40/5/12.5 mg, 80/5/12.5 mg, and 80/5/25 mg.
