**Telmisartan + amlodipine + hydrochlorothiazide** is an oral fixed-dose triple antihypertensive combination used for hypertension. It combines telmisartan, an angiotensin II type 1 receptor blocker; amlodipine, a dihydropyridine L-type calcium-channel blocker; and hydrochlorothiazide, a thiazide diuretic that inhibits renal sodium-chloride reabsorption. The complementary mechanisms lower blood pressure by reducing angiotensin II-mediated vasoconstriction and aldosterone signaling, relaxing arterial smooth muscle, and promoting natriuresis.
