Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Tenunko (also marketed as Tenunko K) is a small, over-the-counter (OTC) thermal plaster patch developed and marketed by Kracie in Japan. It is formulated to relieve localized pain and stiffness, such as stiff shoulders, back pain, joint pain, muscle soreness, bruises, and sprains. The patch delivers a combination of active ingredients, including methyl salicylate, l-menthol, dl-camphor, peppermint oil, glycyrrhetic acid, tocopherol acetate (vitamin E), and nonanoic acid vanillylamide. These components work synergistically to provide a warming sensation, promote local blood circulation, and reduce inflammation and pain in the affected areas.
