This is a combination of two separate monoclonal antibodies: **Teprotumumab** is a fully human IgG1 monoclonal antibody directed against the insulin-like growth factor-1 receptor (IGF-1R) for the treatment of thyroid eye disease (TED). It was approved by the FDA in January 2020 as the first drug for TED. **Tislelizumab** is a humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody that binds to PD-1 on T cells, preventing cancer cells from suppressing the immune system. It is approved for esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) and gastric/gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma.
