Teropavimab (3BNC117-LS-J) and zinlirvimab (10-1074-LS-J) are a combination of two long-acting broadly neutralizing antibodies (bNAbs) being developed for HIV treatment. 3BNC117-LS-J targets the CD4 binding site on HIV envelope gp160, while 10-1074-LS-J targets a different site on the HIV envelope. This combination is being evaluated for its ability to maintain viral suppression during analytical treatment interruption (ATI) of antiretroviral therapy in people living with HIV. Clinical trials are investigating whether this combination can prevent viral rebound after discontinuation of antiretroviral therapy.
