**TERPACAN** is a non-prescription topical cream formerly authorized in Canada for hemorrhoid symptom relief. The exact unqualified TERPACAN product listed by Health Canada contained benzocaine 5% w/w and phenylephrine hydrochloride 0.25% w/w.
