Overview
Terpene-enriched cannabidiol oil is a botanical cannabinoid oil formulation developed by Bazelet Group for the treatment of Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). The formulation consists of cannabidiol (CBD) oil enriched with a selected blend of terpenes designed to enhance the therapeutic effects of CBD through the entourage effect. The terpenes are selected to activate and modulate cannabinoid receptors (CB1 and CB2) both directly and indirectly. The drug is currently in Phase 2 clinical development for the treatment of ADHD in children and adolescents.
