Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Terzolin Expert Conditioner (also marketed as Nizoral Care Daily Conditioner or Terzolin Expert Spülung) is a topical hair and scalp conditioner developed by STADA Arzneimittel AG. It is designed as an adjunct to medicated anti-dandruff treatments, such as ketoconazole 2% shampoo, to soothe, hydrate, and intensively nourish the scalp and hair while reducing dry and oily dandruff and relieving itching and burning. The formulation features active cosmetic ingredients such as Symferment (a postbiotic Lactobacillus ferment) and Xpertmoist to retain long-lasting moisture and support the skin barrier. It is evaluated in clinical trials (such as a Phase IV study in Mauritius) as an adjunct therapy to ketoconazole 2% shampoo in adults with scalp seborrheic dermatitis to improve hair hydration, texture, and overall cosmetic acceptability.
