Teslanbaicin is an oral live biotherapeutic product consisting of selenium-enriched *Lactobacillus rhamnosus*. Developed by The First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical College, it is specifically designed to treat radiation proctitis, a common complication of pelvic radiotherapy. The mechanism of action involves the synergistic effect of the probiotic strain and the trace element selenium. *Lactobacillus rhamnosus* helps restore the balance of the intestinal microbiota, which is often disrupted by radiation, while the incorporated selenium provides potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activity.
