Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Testomix is an injectable androgenic steroid blend developed by DEK Pharma, typically formulated at a high concentration of 400 mg/ml. It consists of a combination of multiple testosterone esters, including testosterone propionate, testosterone phenylpropionate, testosterone isocaproate, testosterone decanoate, and testosterone cypionate. By combining esters with varying absorption rates and half-lives, Testomix provides both immediate and sustained elevations in serum testosterone levels, allowing for less frequent administration compared to single-ester formulations. The drug acts as an agonist at the androgen receptor, promoting protein synthesis, muscle growth, and the maintenance of male secondary sexual characteristics. It is primarily indicated for the treatment of male hypogonadism and testosterone deficiency.
