This is a combination drug consisting of testosterone and an agent targeting the follicle-stimulating hormone receptor (FSHr) and luteinizing hormone receptor (LHr). Testosterone is an androgen hormone used in replacement therapy for male hypogonadism, among other indications. Agents acting on the FSH and LH receptors are typically gonadotropins or their analogs/agonists, which stimulate spermatogenesis by mimicking endogenous pituitary hormones. In clinical practice, exogenous administration of both LH (or hCG as an LH analog) and FSH can induce spermatogenesis in men with hypogonadotropic hypogonadism; however, combining only exogenous testosterone with FSH does not effectively induce or maintain spermatogenesis because intratesticular testosterone levels—dependent on LH stimulation—are critical for this process[1]. The precise formulation "testosterone + FSHr-LHr" does not correspond to any approved or widely recognized pharmaceutical product as of May 2025.
